Shipping, Pre-Orders & Returns
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will be prepared and dispatched within 10 business days of the order date. Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.
Shipping
Shipping within Abuja is complimentary. The following flat rates apply to other destinations:
- Lagos: ₦13,000
- Europe and North America: ₦70,000
For delivery to other parts of Nigeria or regions not listed above, please contact the brand before placing your order to confirm shipping availability and costs. Any customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
To request a return, please contact the brand within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging intact. All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect. Pre-order, customised and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
