Patience Ehi Odokor is an award winning international fashion Entrepreneur and emerging thought leader in the African fashion space. She is the CEO and Founder of the EHI GROUP, a diversified pan-African fashion and lifestyle brand with several business expressions both locally and internationally.

Having quit her lucrative job with one of the top banks in Nigeria, Patience has gone on to become an integral part of the vanguard of innovative fashion entrepreneurs who are redefining the fashion landscape and placing Africa on the global map with cutting edge designs and styles.

Patience is a strong advocate of providing platforms for emerging fashion entrepreneurs and fashion business leaders and young female entrepreneurs in general. Her burning desire to democratize opportunities for underserved communities led her to establish ENLIGHTEN HER INITIATIVE, a social enterprise funded by 10% of the proceeds from her flagship eponymous brand, EHIWOMAN to empower, enlighten, mentor and give young women seed grants to bring their dreams to live. Till date this platform has supported 200 young female entrepreneurs with grants, seed funding and free business support services.

Her work is guided by values such as attention to detail, an unmatched level of excellence, exceptional service delivery, an astute sense of professionalism and a heart for impact. Patience Odokor has bagged several certifications from leading institutions like Harvard and the London College of Fashion and is a distinguished alumnus of the IWOW Leadership Academy. She is also an active member of Rotary Club International and she spends her spare time coaching and mentoring the next generation of young African business leaders.
